Heather’s specialties lie in creditor’s rights and collections litigation, construction litigation, and business litigation. Her dedication to her profession has earned her recognition, including being named a Florida Super Lawyer. She recognizes the impact of exceptional mentors and is grateful for their guidance throughout her career.

Outside of her professional achievements, Heather is actively involved in volunteer work and community outreach. She served as the Chairman of the Black Affairs Advisory in Collier County for a four-year term, demonstrating her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. Heather was honored with the Lee Pitts Live 2020 Person of the Year award for her exceptional volunteer and community outreach efforts.
