Heather DeGrave is a highly experienced business and construction litigation attorney, specializing in areas such as contract and lien enforcement and creditor’s rights. As a Shareholder at Walters Levine Lozano and DeGrave, Heather is an essential member of the firm’s civil litigation team.
With a strong background in commercial collections litigation and construction-related disputes, Heather has extensive experience in representing clients in lien foreclosure actions and protecting creditors’ rights in bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure cases. She has also provided legal counsel to government entities and community associations on a range of legal matters, including tax and judgment liens, civil rights, personal injury defense, real estate acquisitions, and sovereign immunity issues.
