Anti-doping agency defends handling of Chinese swimmers who tested positive for banned drug

The chief of the US Anti-Doping Agency accuses the global anti-doping watchdog of mishandling a 2021 case in which more than 20 Chinese swimmers tested positive for a banned performance-enhancing drug.
