A Hillsborough County deputy died by suicide Thursday evening, according to the sheriff’s office. Planes struggle to land at Japan’s Fukuoka airport as Shanshan brings strong winds, heavy rain
Planes were seen struggling to land at Japan’s Fukuoka Airport on Thursday during severe weather conditions caused by a typhoon. Tropical Storm Shanshan made landfall Thursday morning on Japan’s southern main island of Kyushu as a powerful typhoon. It has steadily weakened but remains just off Kyushu’s northeastern coast Friday morning. Source
